TIGER LEAPING GORGE

Tiger Leaping Gorge in China is believed to be the deepest gorge in the world. An ancient legend says that a tiger used a large rock in the gorge this rock so it could leap across from one side of the gorge to the other although seeing the size of this thing makes the legend hard to believe.

The journey to get here was just as impressive as Tiger Leap George itself and we travelled along some pretty scary roads with our driver, Mr Li, pulling out the craziest overtaking manoeuvres I've ever seen with some very scary drops just inches away. He got us there in one piece though and I'll post some of the shots from the journey soon.

This shot was taken as we emerged from one of the crazy tunnels that cuts right through the gorge.
