After an incredible week of Indian wedding events, Sahil and Meera’s beautiful Asian wedding finished in style with a beautiful Hindu Wedding at Parklands Quendon Hall in Essex.

The wedding venue is perfectly suited for Indian wedding events and Quendon Hall is a stunning listed mansion which is set in a beautiful deer park.

The day began with the bride Meera getting ready in the bridal suite at Quendon before Sahil’s horseback Jaan entrance into the hindu wedding ceremony which was contacted by Hindu priest Kamal Pandy with ceremony music put together by Shiv Gopal. Anyone who knows Indian weddings regard Shiv’s ceremonies as the very best and it is always an honour to capture one of Shiv and Kamal’s weddings.

The rain had cleared up by the time the Indian wedding ceremony finished and we were able to get outside into the lovely grounds at Quendon for the bride and groom wedding photographs before Koda Kodi and Vidai exit.

After a short break, guests were invited into the marquee for the Indian wedding reception which was filled with emotional speeches, an amazing dance performance, lots of laughter and a memorable first dace before the couple celebrated well into the night.

Here are a few images from this Indian wedding at Parklands Quendon Hall in Essex.

Intercontinental Hotel Park Lane Indian Wedding Photography London

Hindu Wedding Photography at the Park Lane Intercontinental Hotel Mayfair

The final part of Shiv and Hemali’s amazing set of Indian wedding events was the Hindu wedding ceremony and reception and these both took place in London at the Intercontinental Hotel in Park Lane and followed a wonderful set of Indian wedding events that included a beautiful civil wedding ceremony at Moor Park

The day began with an energetic Jaan entrance on the street as the groom made his way to the ceremony accompanied by drums, dancing and lots of celebrations. The Hindu wedding ceremony is always one of my favourites and the Intercontinental is such a great location for an Indian wedding.

Following the ceremony we made our way over to Hyde Park for the couples wedding photographs and we were blessed with a glorious summer day and perfect weather which made the photography session very easy.

After a break for an outfit change and a few more photographs Shiv and Hemali made a stunning entrance into an incredible wedding reception that was filled with lovely speeches, lots of laughter and emotions and dancing well into the night.

Kat Films provided videography for the day and it is always a pleasure to work with them as well as the talented makeup artist Parul Patel and wedding ceremony music by the legendary Shiv Gopal ensures a hindu wedding ceremony that will always be remembered.

About the venue. The Intercontinental Hotel in Park Lane London is a luxurious hotel which is located at one of the UK’s most prestigious addresses and boasts stunning views over Hyde Park and Park Lane.

The stunning ballroom can accommodate up to 750 for dinner and up to 1000 for wedding receptions and the Intercontinental has a number of smaller rooms which are named after London landmarks such as Berwick, Borough, Camden and Columbia and these are able to work in conjunction with the ballroom to accommodate any type of wedding including Indian weddings, Hindu wedding ceremonies and other Asian wedding events.

Located opposite Hyde Park, the wedding venue is particularly suited for couples that would like some outdoor natural environment wedding photographs to go alongside a London city setting for their wedding and Hyde Park is a beautiful location for wedding photography portraits. A small fee is required to obtain a permit to shoot in Royal Parks and I always assist in obtaining this permit before your wedding day to ensure that you are able to use Hyde Park for your wedding photographs.

Grand Connaught Rooms Hindu Wedding Photography London

Indian Wedding Photography at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London

The De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden is one of the most prestigious wedding venues in London and was the perfect setting for Deepesh and Krina’s Hindu wedding ceremony. The whole day was filled with energy, vibrance and beautiful moments and I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed and incredible couple to work with.

The day started with bridal preparations at the stunning Grand Connaught Rooms before Deepesh arrived for the Jaan procession into the Indian wedding ceremony. Krina’s entrance began with an incredibly emotional voiceover that was followed by her walking down the aisle to begin the Indian wedding ceremony. Following the Hindu wedding ceremony, the couple moved upstairs for an intimate civil wedding that took place in front of their closest friends and family.

After a break for drinks and a quick rest, guests were led into the stunning ballroom at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms for an amazing wedding reception which was followed by lots of dancing and evening celebrations.
