Thank you for booking your wedding photography with me. I am looking forward to working with you and will do everything that I can to ensure that your experience is the best that it can be. In order to achieve that I would love for you to take a few minutes to fill out this important information sheet which will give me a better understanding of your day. It's really important to be as detailed as you can with this information so that things flow as smoothly as possible on the day. The names and websites of your key vendors is really important as I like to spend a bit of time looking at their work before the wedding to get a feel for their work.
Your agreement form would have been sent to you at the time of booking and does need to be returned before I can photograph your event. Please check that you have returned this and feel free to get in touch if you are unsure or would like me to send through another copy.
Please complete this questionnaire around 2-6 weeks before your wedding date but no earlier as it's best to have everything as finalised as possible.
