Epic Hindu Wedding Elegance at Oshwal Centre, Potters Bar

Indian Wedding Photography at the Oshwal Centre in Potters Bar

Hindu weddings at the Oshwal Centre are always incredible and this one was no exception. Jay and Sejal are one of the loveliest couples I have ever worked with and both have such amazing families who really made the entire wedding week an unbelievable experience.

Following a week of pre wedding events that included Mehndi and Sangeet events as well as Puja ceremonies the couple reached the wedding day itself which was held at the Oshwal Centre in Potters Bar. This wedding venue is one of my favourite venues for a Hindu wedding as it boasts one of the most stunning temples in the UK and is the perfect location for both the ceremony and for the couples wedding photographs.

The day began with Sejal getting ready before Jay’s colourful Jaan where he made is entrance to coloured smoke bombs and dancing. The ceremony was conducted by Hindu priest Kamal Pandey and the ceremony music provided by Shiv Gopal. I say this every time but it really is true…Shiv creates the most incredible music and along with Kamal Pandey the ceremonies are something really special!

Following the Indian wedding ceremony we spent some time in the grounds of the temple for the couples wedding photographs before Koda Kodi and a very emotional Vidaai. Sejal has an incredible relationship with all of her family and it was clear to see how much she means to then during the tearful farewell.

It was a pleasure to work with some of Sejal’s talented suppliers again and videography was provided by the amazingly talented Adam and Rachel at The Wedding Filmmakers. I’ve been lucky enough to work with them a number of times before and if you haven’t seen the work they produce then you are really in for a treat.
