The last day of Devin and Puja's incredible four day Indian wedding celebration was for their stunning Hindu ceremony and grand reception which took place at the Grove in Chandler's Cross in Hertfordshire and what a final day it was!
The Grove is one of the most amazing wedding venues and is set in a beautiful 300 acres of Hertfordshire countryside. The day began with Puja getting ready at the luxurious hotels with hair and makeup again provided by Krishnamakupartist. This was followed by Devin's entrance that signalled the start of the ceremony taking place in the Amber wing of this luxurious hotel.
Devin and Puja were lucky enough to have the ceremony performed by my favourite priest Kamal Pandey with Shiv Gopal providing the stunning music as always. I am always amazed at how Shiv and Kamal work together so seamlessly to create the most emotional and touching ceremony and it makes the whole Hindu ceremony into something that goes beyond anything I have ever seen from anybody else.
The Grove is surrounded by the most beautiful grounds and after the ceremony we were able to take advantage of the lovely weather to capture some Hindu wedding portraits around the gardens before the Koda Kodi games began where the couple fish for the ring. Straight after the Koda Kodi came the vidaai which is where the brides family say goodbye to the bride and was quite an emotional one and the perfect way to end the first part of this day.
